We  just got back from a relaxing 8 day trip to Oahu and Maui, and I thought I’d share a few snaps I took while we were there.  Here’s our trip in a nutshell:

Started off at the Hilton Hawaiian on Waikiki beach, then went to Maui one night to visit some friends.  We did an awesome hike (Swinging bridges), and like the name states, there were some really skinny, long suspension bridges going over rocks and water.  Being slightly afraid of heights, I felt pretty awesome going over it without crawling on my hands and knees, and even being able to snap a picture or two.  We also did some fishing in the Ocean for Mahi Mahi and Yellow Fin Tuna, and spent a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying the warm weather.  I missed the kids like crazy, so it was nice to get home, even if it was 50 degrees out and pouring rain.

A big thanks to Sue and Larry Klein for an fantastic vacation!  And a huge thanks to my parents, too, for watching the kids all week.  I think they are going to need a vacation of their own after that.  :)

Happy Wednesday!  I get a lot of questions from people asking about what type of clothing to wear for their photo session.  Typically I suggest no logos/characters, and to keep the colors similar, but everyone doesn’t have to exactly match.  Here is the first installation of “What to Wear” Wednesday.  I’m up way too late, so technically it’s Thursday already, but we’ll let that slide.  All outfits can be found either at Gap or Old Navy.
