Two blog posts in one day! It must be snowing out. :) These were taken back in June, so it’s nice to look back on when things were still green and it was warm outside.
We did part two of Addison’s one year session at the end of June – about a month after her first session. This time, we met at Afton state park in Hastings, MN. I haven’t been to Afton for a LONG time. I can’t even remember the last time I went skiing (or snowboarding?) there, and I’ve never been there in the summer. It is so beautiful! Lots of trails, fields, and apparently there’s a river somewhere, but we never made it that far. :) We found a nice quiet spot to hang out and photograph their family session. Lots of fun and laughs, and I was so glad to be able to be a part of it. When we left, there was a gorgeous sunset, and even some deer along the road going out. I wish Afton was closer – I think I’d be spending a lot more time there. :)
All of these bright colors look awesome with that bright green grass! Winter is not even really underway here and already I miss summer. Thanks for sharing:)
