Once you've looked through my website and have decided that we might be a good fit, reach out by clicking the "contact" tab at the top of the page.  If you'd like, we can schedule a consultation before you book your session. I love meeting potential clients, and would be happy to show you my studio and learn a bit more about your family and portrait needs.

After our initial chat, I'll send a link for you to pay the session fee retainer, which reserves your session date. I'll also send over a link to my client info form for you to fill out.

If you'd like to view and try on any of my studio wardrobe options before your session, we can schedule a wardrobe consultation at this time, too.

Have another look around my website. Portfolio pages will give you a feel for the sort of clothing that works well and the types of images we can create. If you'd like some help with styling, I offer a curated studio wardrobe for mothers, babies and children, which is available for all sessions. I'm also available for feedback with any questions you may have regarding wardrobe choices.

Start thinking about what you’d like to create with your images in terms of photographic wall art and/or albums. Most of my imagery is very neutral and compliments almost any home decor. Be sure to have a look through the prints and artwork page for inspiration.

This is where the fun really starts! My sessions are laid back and never rushed. All sessions for newborns, babies and small children are baby-led, meaning we follow their cues. We play, we chat, we take time for baby to warm up to both me and my camera. For family photos, I will give you some direction, but there will be no stiff poses. I want to capture the authentic, candid connections between you and your loved ones.

Two to three weeks after your session, the photos will be ready for viewing and ordering. You'll have the option to meet at my studio to get hands on help with your order, or you can do your viewing and ordering in a 3 day online gallery.

Your finished wall art, prints and albums will be ready in approximately four to six weeks. At that point I'll be in touch to schedule pickup or delivery.
