Nate’s mom was referred to me by a mutual friend, which always makes me smile. But when our friend showed up to tag along for the session, I knew it would be a good time. :) I had talked to Nate’s mom a lot before the session, and I could that we were going to get along splendidly (side note – I don’t think I’ve ever actually said “splendidly” out loud, but it seemed to work here).  The whole crew was good for laughs, and I had a great time with them.  Nate did fantastic, and is such a nice kid.  He’ll be graduating from Forest Lake high school this year, and has lots of interests for next year, including aerospace engineering and design.  No matter what he ends up studying this fall, I’m sure he’ll do great.
