Minneapolis maternity photography

I was originally contacted by this client when she was interested in Minneapolis maternity photography.  She ended up scheduling both a maternity session and a newborn session, which I always love!  It’s great to have a cohesive set of photos, whether they’re going on the wall together or in an album together.

We met for a consultation at my studio before the maternity session so we could choose what she wanted to wear form my studio wardrobe collection.  The pieces she picked out looked amazing on her, and I loved how both of her sessions turned out.

The maternity session was in the fall, so we were able to hop outside for a few photos.  It was a chilly afternoon but a bit overcast so the lighting worked out great!  I am lucky in that there is a wooded path along the Chomonix trail down the block from my studio, so it’s easy to pop over there to add a few outdoor photos to a studio session.
