Another older post that I’m finally getting around to blogging. Rob and YiQing contacted me when they were looking for a New Brighton maternity photographer. The maternity session was a bit last minute – she was due in just two weeks! We had actually planned to photograph it a bit earlier, but then the shutdowns happened from covid. This was actually my first session back after the shut down, and it felt so good to be back in the studio!
YiQing looked absolutely gorgeous in the dresses she borrowed from my studio wardrobe collection, including one of my favorite dresses from ASOS. And we had to get a couple photos with masks on, for memories of what a weird time it has been. Soon after this session, I photographed their baby girl’s newborn photos, as well as her one year photos, so look for those in the future. Currently, I’m photographing another maternity session for them this weekend, and I’m excited to have them singed up for my First Year Collective again so I can see this wonderful family several times throughout the year.
