Studio session for one year old baby

I’ve been photographing this little one for a while, and absolutely loved to see her for a studio session for her one year baby photos!  Grandma came along to get some smiles out of her, and did a great job because baby C was FULL of smiles.  Mom always comes with the best outfits, and bought one of these locally at the Teeny Bee Boutique in St. Paul.  She also wore a Noralee dress from my studio wardrobe.

Since it was a one year session, mom brought along a small bundt cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes for a celebratory cake smash at the end of the session.  She had a practice cake on her actual birthday and mom shared a video with me of her diving into it, so I knew the cake was going to be a hit.  And C did not disappoint – she dove right into that cake head first!  So many smiles, and always a fun way to end a session.
