It’s embarrassing how far behind I am with my blogging. I’ve been so busy with sessions and editing that blogging ends up on the back burner, along with a handful of other things that won’t be accomplished until the end of crazy season. If I’m not out photographing a session this time of year, you’ll find me in my pajamas at my computer with a cup of hot coffee. Pretty much all day every day. Better late than never, right?
This session was from one of my favorite locations for fall family photos. It was a gorgeous November evening, with a rare temperature in the 60’s. I decided last minute that it would be a good day to take my kids out to get some photos for our Christmas card after school. We don’t ever leave school without at least a friend or two, so a couple more decided to join us. I’m so glad they did! This is my daughter and two out of three of her best friends, and my son (who didn’t get to bring any friends but wasn’t too disappointed to be hanging out with all the girls). They are such a fun bunch, and I love how their total goofiness (especially my two) shows in these photos. The kids had a great time, and I can’t wait to do it again this year!

I totally understand how blogging could get left on the back burner. It’s harder than it looks! But this session is gorgeous! I especially love the light in these. And the silly pictures, those are great!
What a beautiful sibling session! Good luck catching up (and enjoy your coffee!)! :-)
What lovely photos. Great light and such sweet kids!
Adorable pictures… you captured those kids perfectly!!
