I was contacted a while back by someone looking for a Chanhassen family photographer. You know weather can be unpredictable in Minnesota, so what do you do when it’s cold and the weather isn’t cooperating for outdoor photos? You move them indoors, of course! Typically, this is where having a studio comes in handy, but for this session we decided we still wanted some greenery. I obtained a permit to photograph this session at the MN Landscape Arboretum and it actually ended up being one of my favorites! I wish it was closer to my home – I’d photograph there more often! This greenhouse session was so much fun. The light and the greenery made for a perfect location.
This purpose of this session was to have photos of the cousins together. They were such a fun bunch, and I had a great time photographing them in this beautiful little greenhouse. I’ll definitely be keeping it in mind for future winter sessions.
