If my website seems to have a cohesive look, there is a good reason for that.  I offer a full studio wardrobe and styling assistance for all types of sessions.  I love to pamper my clients and work with this from the beginning stages of planning their session all the way to the final delivery of their finished heirloom-quality artwork.  As a Minneapolis luxury maternity photographer, part of that pampering includes use of my curated studio wardrobe.

It’s a bit of an unconventional concept here in the Twin Cities, and honestly, I think potential clients aren’t always sure what to think about having this option.  I am happy to say that most everyone who has borrowed wardrobe pieces for their session has been thrilled with the look and style of their finished portraits.

Most moms love that they can come in and “play dress up” (as one called it), and they love it even more when they don’t have to spend extra time shopping and putting outfits together.  For the moms that do love shopping for new outfits or want to wear their own clothes, I totally get it, and that is 100% okay with me!  These are your photos, and I want you to be comfortable and feel beautiful.  I’m always available for feedback and styling assistance.  My goal is to make things easy for you, while making you looks and feel your best.

Wardrobe options include pieces for babies, children and kids, too (from newborn up to size 14).  Everything is in neutral in color and works well together.  For clients who want a fully stylized session, I’m happy to meet them ahead of time so we can choose outfits for the entire family and put together something that will photograph beautifully.

I have worked hard the last few years purchasing high-end boutique dresses, gowns, robes, children’s pieces and more so you don’t have to.  This is especially true for maternity sessions because let’s be honest – most moms don’t go around dressed like this every day.  No, we want our messy buns and leggings or sweats, and that’s totally fine (I prefer hoodies and jeans), but it is fun to come in and be pampered!  If you’re looking for a photographer to make you look and feel beautiful while creating heirloom quality artwork for you to enjoy, click the contact tab above and let’s start planning your session.
