Another baby finished up his First Year membership, and I’m excited to share some favorites from Nolan’s last two sessions (photos from his newborn session can be found here). Nolan came in for his milestone sessions on his 8 month birthday and again at one year. For his 8 month session, he was full of smiles. He loved my fake laughs (which can be hit or miss with babies, to be honest. Sometimes I think they just think I’m crazy). He also loved “corn cobbing” as his parents call it – holding him sideways and pretending to munch on him like a cob of corn. It was hilarious, and had us all laughing.
Once his one year session rolled around, he was a bit more clingy to mom and dad, which is totally normal and typical for a lot of babies at that age. He loved playing with my simple wooden blocks (and throwing them back and forth with me – this kid has an arm!). He also loved it when dad ran around the studio with him.
And now? Nolan is a big brother (as of 2 days ago!). I’m so happy that I get to document all these important moments for families, and look forward to seeing them again soon.
