Senior photos at Interstate Park

I have known Alexa’s mom for a while – our kids all went to school together, and we volunteered together there, too.  So when she asked me if I do senior photos, I told her that for her, yes!  I typically only take a handful of seniors a year, but I always enjoy photographing them. And Taylors Falls is always my favorite place to go for these sessions.

We decided to photograph Alexa’s senior photos at Interstate Park.  It’s a bit of a drive, but it’s such a great place for hiking around and finding cool spots.  It was originally supposed to be cloudy all day, but we ended up with plenty of sunshine, and it turned out to be a beautiful evening.  Here are some favorites from our session:
