I met up with a great bunch of ladies earlier this summer – some photographers from all around the twin cities. We decided we needed to get together and hang out, and of course, if we could take some photos that would be great, too. :) Luckily Aly came along and modeled for us. She was amazing! A total natural in front of the camera. We had so much fun, and it was really cool to see everyone’s different take on the photos afterwards. Same location, same light, same model, but we all ended up with pretty different portraits. Here’s my take on that gorgeous summer evening.
I can’t decide whether I like the color version or the black and white version better with this first one. It’s always a struggle for me since I’m very drawn to black and white portraits, but I also love the rich tones in the color version, too.
