Hoping to be caught up with blogging my fall sessions by spring. It’s good to have goals, right? What can I say about this awesome family, besides how nice, fun, and photogenic they are? I’ve been photographing the girls, Ella and Emilee, since they were about 6 months old. They have always been little show stoppers – absolutely adorable twin girls with their own little personalities (which was evident even back at their first session). Then Evan came along, and oh my goodness – this whole family just oozes cuteness. OK – that sounds kind of…weird, but really, these guys are all fantastic and I always have a great time photographing them.
For their fall session this year, we (dad) wanted to find a spot with a cool bridge to take a family photo on. He told me about this location in Shoreview and when I went to check it out ahead of time I fell in love with it. Big fields, water, bridges, tall trees…a perfect spot for family portraits. We even squeezed in a cake smash before the sun went down. A first for me, doing it outdoors, and Evan wasn’t to into it but his sisters were there to help. Good times. :)
