This is Willow, and she finished up the First Year Collective last summer (yes, I’m behind on blogging as always).  I first met her when she came in for her 4 month session, and all I can remember thinking is “WOW – look at that hair!”  And those cheeks – what can I say?  She’s absolutely adorable, and such a happy baby.  I really enjoyed photographing all the different stages she went through.  The first session was photographed at four months, when she was getting stronger upper body and neck strength and was able to prop herself up  on her tummy.  The second session was photographed around 8 months, and is what I like to call a “sitter session” where she was able to sit up unassisted.  And the final session was at 1 year, where she was walking around and checking everything out.  The amount of learning and growth that happens in such a short time always amazes me, and I feel honored to be able to capture that in print.
