Motherhood portraits – Lino Lakes family photographer

Motherhood photos aren’t just for moms with babies.  They’re for moms with toddlers, moms with pre-teens, moms with teens, and moms with adult kids, too.  There is no age at which you stop being a mom to your children, no matter how old they are.

As a Lino Lakes family photographer, I encourage mother’s to be photographed with their babies at ALL sessions.  Scheduling a newborn session?  Six month portraits?  One year photos?  Yep – all of that.  And I’ll often hear from mom’s that they aren’t prepared, or aren’t dressed for photos, but guess what?  I offer a full studio wardrobe for mothers, babies and children, so if you just want to pop something on quick for a few photos, I’ve got you covered.  And if you don’t want to, that’s totally cool, too!  Just know that you are beautiful, and it’s not always about what you’re wearing or what your hair looks like.  Beauty is in the love you have for your child.  That love can be photographed in many different ways, even if it’s just your hand on the tiny little back.  A gentle hold.  A kiss on the head.

Motherhood is beautiful, and I want to create these types of photos for you.  Not just for sharing on Facebook or Instagram, because that’s great and all, but it’s not the main reason I do this.  I want your children to some day be able to look back at these photos and actually be able to see and feel just how much they were loved.  They might not always remember their mom holding them and loving on them as a baby, toddler, or child, but to have it forever captured in print is something really special that can be looked back for years to come.

These photos are from one of last year’s motherhood sessions.  This year the event will be held a little later than normal due to my new studio being built in Lino Lakes, but it’s going to be amazing, and  I can’t wait to spoil all the moms!  Did you know that this event is complimentary to all current clients?  If you’ve had a full session since the last motherhood event, you’ll be invited to this year’s event and I guarantee you won’t want to miss it.
