Amy first contacted me when she was looking for a maternity photographer in Eden Prairie. Although Lino Lakes is a bit of a drive from Eden Prairie, she loved my work, and I’m so glad she found me! She hired me for a maternity session, as well three other sessions after baby was born. She is just the sweetest, and I really enjoyed talking to her and getting to know her through the course of the year.
When Amy came in for her maternity session, she wasn’t sure if she was having a boy or a girl. Her partner knew, but she wanted it to be a surprise, which I can totally respect. Finding out baby’s gender at birth is one of life’s biggest, most exciting surprises if you have the willpower not to find out ahead of time. She did, however, find out that she was only carrying one baby, which was a bit of a surprise since both her and her partner are twins themselves – how cool is that?
Amy borrowed on of my favorite dresses from my studio wardrobe collection – a beautiful piece from Spell. She also brought in her own maternity dress from ASOS, and I loved it so much that I went out and bought one to add to my wardrobe collection. Both pieces looked absolutely stunning on her.
Amy and her partner decided that they don’t want any photos of their little one online, so I won’t be sharing any from her newborn or other sessions, but here are some favorites from our maternity session.
